Your projects based on production in medium high and high technology fields are supported up to TL 6 Million !

SME Techno Investment Programme is the investment for the future.

Objectives and scope of the program;

(a) The production and commercialization of products resulting from R & D / Innovation activities in the fields of low technology and medium-low technology up are supported up to TL 1 Million.

(b) The production and commercialization of products in the fields of the medium-high and high-tech  that will contribute to the  current account to support the investments to be made by domestic enterprises are supported up to  TL 6 Million,

Enterprises that own the product or intellectual property and copyrights of the product from the rights holder and registered and active in the KOSGEB’s  SME Information System  meanwhile  defined as a  real or legal entities  in the  in  Turkish Commercial Code   may apply to this program.

 The prototype work should  be completed for the product   and applications  must five years ago;

1) The  products generated by R & D or Innovation projects supported by KOSGEB and other public institutions and organizations, foundations  established by law or international funds.

2) The  products protected by patent.

3) The  products produced as a result of doctoral studies.

4) The products holding  technological product experience certificate (TÜR)

5) The products as a result of completed R&D activities in Domestic Technology Development Zones

6) The products as a result of R&D activities carried out in State R&D Centers Institutes

7) The products as a result of R&D activities carried out in R&D Centers established within the scope of Law No. 5746

Project costs to be supported;

Supporting  period: Investment project duration is maximum 36 months.

Upper limits to be  supported :

The upper limits of the supports to be given in low and medium low technology areas are TL 1.000.000   with a reimbursable amount of TL 700.000 and non-reimbursable amount of  TL 300.000

 The upper limits of the supports to be given in the medium high and high technology areas are TL 6.000.000   with a reimbursable of  TL 4.200.000 and non-reimbursable  of TL 1.800.00

The support rate to be implemented within the scope of this support program is 60%   ;

70% of the support amount is reimbursable and  30% is non-reimbursable

*In case if it is taken within the scope of domestic goods certificate, it is applied as 45% by adding 15% to the non-reimbursable support rate. The same rate is reduced to 55% from the reimbursed support rate.
