TuR&Bo Yearly Event was held in Brussels.

Turkish Research and Business Organisations aisbl (TuR&Bo) held its Yearly Event on “Göbekli Tepe: The Land Where Cultures Meet. From History to Gastronomy” in cooperation with the “European Parliament – Turkey Forum” on the 6th -7th November 2018 in Brussels. Göbeklitepe, known as the zero point in the history of civilisation, located in the Southeast of Turkey, is the oldest sanctuary known to humankind, dating back to 12.000 years ago. The year of 2018, designated by the European Commission as the European Year of Cultural Heritage, is also the addition year of Göbeklitepe to the World Heritage List of UNESCO. TuR&Bo dedicated its Yearly Event of 2018 to this exceptional place and its history. On 6th November, a high-level Gala Dinner gathered over 120 distinguished guests. The seminar on 7th November in the European Parliament, hosted by Member of European Parliament Ismail Ertuğ, with more than 100 participants, preceded a festive gastronomic festival at TOBB Representation Office in Brussels, where over 200 people enjoyed food tasting and barbecue show. In the event KOSGEB Vice President Mr. Tuna Şahin made a speech at the European Parliament and emphasized the relationship between networking and technology development in the context of Göbeklitepe and present era.
