The Head of EU Project Implementation Bülent Özcan, who made the opening speech of the conference, thanked KOSGEB for the contributions to the project by making reference to the contributions made by the project and the experiences gained through the project.

KOSGEB Vice-President Ahmet Akdağ stated that Turkey has an important place in the COSME Program; beside obtaining knowledge, experience and international cooperation, Turkey also ranks 7th among 38 countries in providing funds from the program. He also noted that KOSGEB will increase its effort to benefit more from COSME Program.
