The aim of the program is to support the establishment and operation costs of an incubator that will provide incubation services for the enterprises which have priority in national plans and programs by maintaining the cooperation between actors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

To apply for İŞGEM / TEKMER Support Program, you should first complete the authorization. In order to get authorization please fill the İŞGEM / TEKMER Program Authorization Form first. For İŞGEM you should contact girisimcilik@kosgeb.gov.tr, For TEKMER you should contact argeveyenilik@kosgeb.gov.tr

For İŞGEM; founders can be city administrations, municipalities, organized industrial zones (OSB), chambers that are affiliated to Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and at least two of the founder candidates should apply jointly.

For TEKMER; founders can be universities, Technology development zones’(TDZ) managing companies, technology transfer offices,   organized industrial zones, public institutions /organizations, chambers and Stock Exchange markets affiliated to Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Turkey Exporters Assembly and council due to exporters' unions, research and development institutes, centres and entrepreneurship, R & D or technology development theme / themes related to the foundation cooperative associations and unions, individual participation investors and firms (real and legal entities established in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code). Founder candidates may apply individually or jointly. Founders other than the university and TDZ executive company should apply in cooperation with the university and TDZ executive company.

* Support Ratio is 75 % (VAT excluded) but support ratio is taken 90% for domestic machinery equipment and software and furniture & equipment

** Program duration is 5 years.
