Purpose of the Programme
In line with the national and international targets of the country, purpose of the programme is;
- To increase the share and contribution of SME’s in the economy,
- To support the SME projects for improving their competitive power and the added value that they provide.

Terms of application are announced on KOSGEB web site for each Call for Proposals.
Support Elements
The support elements vary due to the context of the Call for Proposals.

60 % (70% of the support amount is paid as “interest free loan” and the remaining 30% of support amount is paid as “grant”.) Note: Personnel support rate is 100% (as grant, within certain limits) |
Supported Project Costs
Types of project costs to be supported are determined in Call for Proposals. For each eligible project; Project Assessment Board decides the costs that will be supported and states the support amount during assessment process. Real estate purchase, building construction, furnishing, vehicle purchase and rental, taxes, withholding, duties / fees, social security premiums and the costs which are not associated with the project, are not supported.
