Purpose of the Programme
The purpose of the “Research & Development, Product Development And Innovation Support Programme” is to support Research & Development (R&D), Product Development (P&D) and innovation projects.
- Small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs having new ideas and inventions based on science and technology and the production of new products, new processes and/or services,
- Production of original, improved or modified new products by SMEs in order to adapt to changing market demands and technological developments through product development (P&D) activities

Considerations Regarding Call Based Implementation
KOSGEB; determined in line with the targets set in the Development Plans and Annual Programs and the priorities in the strategic documents; may increase the upper limit of the support to be given to regional, sectoral and scale criteria, technology field and special target groups, not to exceed 6,000,000 TL. This application is based on a call and a call for proposals is prepared by the KOSGEB.
