The training started with the speech of Head of KOSGEB EU and Foreign Relations Department Mr. Necati Günaydın. Mr. Günaydın emphasised the importance of Social Economy among Commission’s 2019-2024 targets. The network between local and international stakeholders should be strengthen with the help of Social economy said Mr. Günaydın.

The training continued with the presentation of Director of the EU Coordination Department Ms. Pınar Işın on the COSME Programme.

The trainer Ms. Yeliz Çuvalcı informed the participants about the eligibility criteria, application procedure, preparation of technical annexes, establishing consortium, preparation of work packages of the Call. The effects of the pandemic on Project implementation processes was also among the main subjects of the training.

The two-day training completed with the participation of representative of governorships, municipalities and many other public institutions.
