Within the scope of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between KOSGEB and Liberal Enterprise (Libya Enterprise) to cooperate in the fields of entrepreneurs and SMEs of the two countries. The memorandum of understanding was signed by the President of KOSGEB Dr. Cevahir Uzkurt and Libya Entrepreneurship Managing Director Abdalnasr Abouzkek under the witness of Vice President Fuat Oktay.

Within the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed between KOSGEB and Libya Entrepreneurship, Dr. UZKURT expressed his pleasure to establish a bridge between SMEs of friendly and brotherly countries. 

Dr. UZKURT expressed that they want to host Managing Director Abdalnasr Abouzkek in the coming days in KOSGEB Presidency. Dr. UZKURT pointed out that KOSGEB to be a model to be drawn on the road map to Libyan SMEs to share information and experience, training and incubation activities such as the establishment of the center of the action plan to prepare the necessary activities will be started.
