In the SME Working Group under Organisation of Black Sea Economic Cooperation, "Energy Efficiency in SMEs" and "Establishment of the SME Award System in the BSEC" workshops were organized with the participation of BSEC member countries’ representatives.

At workshops, with the participation of BSEC member states’ representatives, information on Energy Efficiency projects implemented by KOSGEB and experiences related to the annual SME and Entrepreneurship Awards were shared with BSEC member countries.

At the meeting held after the workshops, the policy proposals within the scope of the workshops were discussed by the member delegations. They discussed on the activities of the Working Group in the upcoming period. Presentations on "E-Trade in SMEs" were held by country representatives.

The assignment of the country coordinator on the implementation of BSEC activities are conducted by KOSGEB on behalf of Turkish Republic between July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2018.
